Yes, yes and again yes. I don't think I could function properly without access to my various webcomic addictions, and have been waiting for somebody to suggest this for a while :P
I'd use an iPhone app if you made one, but I wouldn't be willing to pay anything for it - considering I can use the website in Safari for free, and it's functionality is perfectly acceptable on the iPhone.
